Do I need pottery experience?

Not at all. Most of our class students are first-timers. Our beginner wheel class is designed to build a strong foundation, no prior experience needed.

What should I wear to a pottery class?

Wear something you don't mind getting a little clay on. Closed-toe shoes are best, and please tie back long hair. We provide aprons.

Can children take classes?

Yes. We host Children's Saturday Events for ages 6 and up, plus private kids' parties. See our Classes page for details.

How long does pottery take to finish?

Accepted Answer

From throwing to finished glazed piece, expect roughly 3–4 weeks. Pieces need to dry, get bisque-fired, glazed, and then fired again.

Can I bring food or drinks?

Sealed drinks are welcome. We provide refreshments at most evening classes. Food is best enjoyed before or after class to keep clay off the table.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a class are fully refundable. Cancellations inside 48 hours can be transferred to a future class. See our Policies page for details.

Do you offer private events?

Yes. We host private group classes for birthdays, bridal parties, team outings, and church groups. Contact us with your date and group size for a quote.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards work for classes, shop purchases, and memberships. They're available online and in-studio.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes — Basic and Prime memberships, both with weekly studio access, shared wheels, glazes, and kiln firing. See the Memberships page.

Can I buy handmade pottery in person?

Absolutely. Our shop is open during studio hours. We stock our own ceramics alongside curated goods from local artisans.
