Build your own ceramic birdhouse at Village Pottery Studio during a guided, hands-on workshop. Learn the building process, customize your piece, and let us take care of the firing and glazing afterward.

What to expect
You'll learn how to hand-build a ceramic birdhouse from clay through a guided demonstration and step-by-step instruction. Everyone has the clay, tools, and materials needed to personalize and decorate their birdhouse.
At the end of the workshop, participants vote on a glaze color, and the winning color is applied to every birdhouse from that session. Firing and glazing are included in the $50 workshop price — there are no extra material, tool, glazing, or firing fees. No previous pottery experience is necessary.
Deposit & cancellation
A $10 per person deposit reserves your spot and is applied toward the $50 workshop price; the remaining $40 per person is due at the studio. Your reservation is confirmed only after the deposit payment completes. Cancel at least 3 days before the workshop for a deposit refund — cancellations within 3 days and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
